Maureen and John's early November wedding was just perfect. The couple got ready at the historic Westin right in downtown Columbus. This central hotel gave us the chance to explore downtown and find a mix of classic and urban backdrops. After first looks between Maureen and her father and then the bride and groom, it was into the limo and off the Shiller Park in German Village.

We recently did an epic engagement session with Ahn and Hieu. This amazing couple is getting married on New Years Eve in Vietnam. So, before going back to their homeland, we did their engagement session so that they can display these photos at their wedding.

Brittany and Blaise's summer wedding in Bluffton, Ohio was a day full of family and emotion. The day started at Brittany's parents home, where both the bride and groom got ready. Brittany and Blaise were surrounded by bridal parties made up entirely of family members, adding to the intimacy of the day. After many happy tears while getting ready, they headed to the church for the ceremony.

Some memorable moments from this wedding: the bride's sister sang at their ceremony; the bride and her father did a hilarious/awesome choreographed dance; and sneaking out onto the street late at night for one last photo op :)

Engagement photography is always exciting for both us and the couple. We love getting to know couples, what makes them unique, the quirks of their relationship, favorite spots around Columbus, and how they interact with one another. Some couples are reserved and shy, others outgoing and spirited, so each engagement session is tailored to make them feel as comfortable as possible.
