Rustic Wedding at Via Vecchia - Columbus Wedding Photography
Maureen and John's early November wedding was just perfect. The couple got ready at the historic Westin, right in downtown Columbus. This central hotel gave us the chance to explore downtown and find a mix of classic and urban backdrops. After first looks between Maureen and her father and then the bride and groom, it was into the limo and off the Schiller Park in German Village.
The couple and their bridal parties had a such a fun time capturing pictures in German Village. Despite the cool weather, everyone took this time to enjoy each other's company, get some awesome wedding photos, and shower the bride and groom with advice and loving words. We then loaded back into the limo and headed to Trinity United Methodist Church for the Ceremony.
Maureen and John's traditional ceremony was intimate and joyful as the two said their "I do's." The ceremony ended with a kiss, and it was off the Via Vecchia for the reception. Via Vecchia was decorated with deeps purple's and greens, gorgeous sheer white fabric hanging from the chandeliers and ceiling, and dim lighting, all accenting the rustic brick interior. The ambiance was truly romantic. The reception was a stunning late autumn wedding, right before the craziness of the holidays!
