Sarah & Sophie's Brookshire Event Center Wedding

What's better than one bouquet toss? TWO bouquets tossed together! Sarah and Sophie had the dreamiest (with a touch of classic) wedding at the Brookshire Event Center. The high school sweethearts were a part of the same band, and when I met them and saw the bond they shared, it was clear that they were meant to be together. Sarah and Sophie were all about having fun at their wedding, and their guests shared the same energy. It was such a great wedding, and it was heartwarming to see so many people join my brides on their special day. Besides love, there was so much joy and laughter in the air too!

Brookshire Event Center Wedding Photography

Brookshire Event Center is one of those venues that were designed for weddings. The grounds are secluded on private five-acre land, which is great for outdoor wedding photos, and with plenty of beautiful backdrops to choose from, I took full advantage of the outdoor space the venue offered. Besides lovely outdoor settings, the venue also had romantically lit indoor spaces, which were perfect for portraits and photos of the decor.

This wedding was all about love, but it wasn't just my couple who shared a strong bond. It was so heartening to see the relationship Sarah and Sophie shared with their parents too. The supportive and loving parents walked the brides down the aisle with huge smiles on their faces, and I loved taking those photos! Besides the first look, one of my favorite moments from this wedding was when the brides walked down the aisle. I just couldn't help it and had a big smile on my face too!

Another highlight from Sarah and Sophie's wedding was a rare classic car. It was a beauty and added a vintage charm to the wedding portraits. The photograph I took of the brides inside the car during a gorgeous golden hour is my favorite. It has the perfect hint of intimacy and romance. My couple went with a glittering sparkler send-off to mark the end of the day and the beginning of their new journey together.
