Franklin Park Conservatory Wedding - The Wells Barn Wedding Photography
Dorit and Brandon’s early September wedding brought in elements of Jewish tradition and modern elegance. The day started with the women getting ready at Michael Garcia’s in Bexley. The ladies sipped on Starbucks as they got their hair and make-up done. Meanwhile, the men were getting ready on location at Franklin Park Conservatory.
After the first look between Dorit and Brandon, the couple along with their closest family and friends went into Wells Barn for the traditional signing of the ketubah. This was the final step before the ceremony. Despite the above average temperatures, Dorit and Brandon’s outdoor ceremony was in the community garden at Franklin Park. The purple, lavender, white, and green flowered chuppa set the scene for this gorgeous Jewish ceremony.
The reception inside Wells Barn at Franklin Park Conservatory. Dorit and Brandon entered the energetic room, where everyone immediately started dancing. The hora ceremony, when the bride and groom are hoisted in the air sitting in chairs, set off the lively reception. The whole room was packed with people dancing and celebrating the newly weds. Everyone then made their way to their seats to eat, drink and listen to heartfelt speeches from the bride and groom, both sets of parents, and bride’s friend. This wedding was a night to remember - full of elegant decor, unending energy, excitement and tradition.
