Surrounded by lush greenery on all sides, Jeffrey Mansion is an ideal venue for an engagement session (provided that the weather is on your side, of course). Amanda and Devin's engagement photo shoot at the venue was a classic and beautiful event. The weather was pleasant, my couple was ready with their best poses, and the nature around was sublime! Matching the setting perfectly, Amanda even wore a green dress that blended so well with the surroundings.
Jeffrey Mansion Engagement Photography
The Jeffrey Mansion is located on the east side of Parkview Avenue in Bexley, a beautiful, tree-lined suburb of Columbus. It offers expansive grounds, green trees, tall bushes, gorgeous arches, and fragrant, colorful flowers covering well-kept meadows. A large portion south and west of the mansion is a natural woodland traversed by walking trails. Besides taking engagement photos, it's also perfect for taking a scenic stroll! One can even choose to walk up the cobblestone stairs towards the castle-like, magnificent Jeffrey Mansion made up of red and cream bricks and get photographed there. The other photography-worthy backgrounds that the mansion offers are around the stone and concrete structures. The trees with deep red, orange, and yellow leaves also offer a gorgeous backdrop. I felt so lucky to have so many options around me and tried to take full advantage of that.
Amanda and Devin were so relaxed during the session. They just focused on each other and they were such naturals in front of the camera. And both of them certainly had that "We are about to get married soon!" glow on their faces. The peaceful and serene atmosphere of the venue seemed to be the perfect choice for them.
