How it Works

Full Studio Setup Onsite

We bring a complete studio setup directly to your location, including professional lighting, backdrops, and equipment. This ensures convenience for your team while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Image Review

After each individual’s photo session, they will have the opportunity to review their images on a laptop. They can select their favorite image, which will be retouched to meet professional standards.

Data Entry

We collect each person’s name during the session and ensure their selected image is named accordingly. This helps streamline organization and delivery.

Professional Retouching

All selected images undergo expert retouching, including adjustments for hair, skin tone, blemishes, and general corrections to ensure a polished final product.

Image Rights Included

The final retouched images come with full usage rights, allowing your team to use them freely for professional purposes such as LinkedIn profiles, company websites, or marketing materials.

    A: We haven’t found a limit. We’ve tackled more than 700 headshots in a single session. For larger events, we’ll scale our team accordingly.

  • Q: Do you offer background replacement or branding?
    A: Yes! We can match your corporate brand color or insert logos if needed.

  • Q: How do we get bulk images back to the clients?
    A: During the selection process, we rename each headshot with the person’s first and last name. We offer custom search pages with company logos where each person can simply enter their name in a search bar to retrieve their images without having access to everyone else’s images. The company can simply share the link with all attendees to share all the images.

  • Q: Do you provide coaching?
    A: Yes! We’ve taken over 100,000 headshots and will help you look your best.

  • Q: How long is the turnaround?
    A: You can expect images back in 48 hours or less.
