Reana and Trey are getting married next July! We had such a great time getting better acquainted with one another during their engagement session. They wanted a downtown shoot, so we explored the Scioto Mile, Hilton in downtown Columbus, and lots of places in between. We ended the day at Martini, one of the couple's favorite restaurants.  The awesome staff at this Columbus staple let us sneak in for one last engagement photo, even though they weren't open yet. It was a great ending to an already awesome day.

Engagement photography is always exciting for both us and the couple. We love getting to know couples, what makes them unique, the quirks of their relationship, favorite spots around Columbus, and how they interact with one another. Some couples are reserved and shy, others outgoing and spirited, so each engagement session is tailored to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Engagement pictures are exciting for the couple because it's like a warm-up for their wedding day! 

Sarah and Brad wanted their engagement session to be easy and fun. We had a blast parading through downtown Columbus, finding unique little corners and spots to capture timeless images of these two. Like any couple, they were slightly nervous about their engagement photos, but after the first few pictures, they realized all they had to do was focus on interacting with one another. I simply stood back and took the photos, only guiding them when they needed help! We cannot wait for their April 2017 wedding! This theater and music loving couple ooze excitement and chemistry!
